Day 10 | 100 Days of Self Care



Today I started making notes of three things I’m grateful for… I think I’m going to stick to this each morning.


Today’s Self Care Stats:


  • Gratitude Awareness
  • Knee exercises and stretches
  • Drank some more water
  • 2 Sun salutations

How I felt

I don’t feel I was very productive today. But I did feel content choosing only a salad for dinner.

Take away point

Gratitude keeps things in perspective and provides an appreciation for the goodies happening right now.
