I’ve been slowly increasing my self care at the start and end of the day. It isn’t much, but I feel those little adjustments could be powerful. We’ll see.
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Started my day with an egg with all the fixin’s (see: onion, mushroom, carrots, pepperoni, feta, spinach)
- Gratitude awareness
- Knee: stretches + exercises
- Long, hot shower followed up with jojoba oil
How I felt

A few extra minutes in a hot shower (in my mind) is totally equal to a ten-minute meditation session.
