Day 24 | 100 Days of Self Care

Well, my kids are definitely my own. In true Amber-fashion, they have both been sick during their school break. Nothing too serious, but enough to bring about lots of cuddles and low-key activities.

One of those activities would be Lego football. Stadium lighting. Lego guy practices and training. And full on games.

We’ve also been doing lots of movie watching and snuggling. And of course, popcorn.

Today’s Self Care Stats:

  • Knee: stretches and exercises
  • Gratitude awareness
  • Child’s pose
  • Lots of vitamin C
  • Early to bed

How I felt

About halfway through the day, I started to feel a little off. The only way you can feel when sickness is creeping in. I’m doing my best to keep it at bay and an early bedtime might be just the thing.

Take away point

Sickness is never fun, but I’m so grateful for the cuddles. 🙂
