My neighbor has Spring in her yard! Hoping this little fella can hang on through the coming snow.
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake
- 2 mile walk with pup – with inspiring music
- Knee stretches/exercises
- Cleared some clutter
- Cleared some tasks
- Drank lotsa water
- Made good food choices
- Some reading
How I felt
Another afternoon with some high energy. Another two 1 mile walks. What is going on? It’s not the iced coffee. I did get one, but it took me nearly all day to drink it. I would take a few sips, feel content, and put it right back in the fridge. Repeat.
Take away point
Having something for the sake of having it isn’t a good plan. If you aren’t enjoying it, put it in the fridge until later.
