Oh, how delightful is all this watercolor play! I’ve truly been enjoying it.
Today’s Self Care Stats:
- Protein shake
- 1 mile walk with the pup
- Body-weight exercises
- Knee exercises/stretches
- Ankle/foot exercises (been feeling tight)
- Gratitude awareness
- Mini watercolor study session
- Financial podcast (I love this stuff)
- Normal bedtime
How I felt
Today was an off day in the sense that I didn’t get to tackle the things I needed to, but it was still a great day.
