Day 79 | 100 Days of Self Care


IMG_9780Ah, the tiki. All dusty from storage and ready for the light. Warmer weather is coming and we are waiting for the sunshine. And campfires.

Today’s Self Care Stats:


  • Protein shake breakfast
  • 1 mile walk with the pup
  • Knee exercises/stretches
  • Ankle exercises
  • Did some watercolor studies
  • Financial podcasts
  • Got some fresh air and raked part of the yard (workout!)
  • Played catch with some “oomph” to get the heart rate up
  • Creative/ART! reading
  • Early bedtime

How I felt

Good, full day. Happy.

Take away point

Getting the heart rate up randomly throughout the day has the ability to make you feel fabulous.
